NEED HELP GETTING ON TO THE PROPERTY LADDER?

Midas Homes is holding events this Saturday 17th July, from 11am until 5pm, at its two Plymouth developments, to help those struggling to get a deposit to make that leap onto the property ladder.

Phoenix Quay located in Millbay, one of the city’s key regeneration areas, is holding an event to let potential purchasers find out more about the HomeBuy Direct scheme. HomeBuy Direct is a government backed scheme which can provide eligible applicants with up to 30% of the purchase price, in the form of an equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.

Evolve, Devonport, is offering two schemes to help lower the deposit needed. The first is HomeBuy Direct and the second is Easy Start, Midas Homes’ deposit loan scheme. This is available on the three bed townhouses, and covers up to 15% of the value.

With HomeBuy Direct only available until September, time is fast running out for those who can take advantage of this fantastic scheme.

A two bedroom apartment at Evolve is available from just £84,665 with HomeBuy Direct and a three bedroom home is available from £131,707.

A one bedroom apartment at Phoenix Quay is available from £80,465.
