Equity Release

This mortgage is a special type of lump sum loan which is designed to run for the rest of your life, and which is secured by a mortgage on your home.

Unlike a conventional mortgage, you are not required to make any monthly payments. Instead interest will be charged throughout the mortgage period and will be compounded monthly on the full amount you owe, in accordance with the lender's Lifetime Mortgage Conditions.
