The local shops of Charlestown and Mevagissey provide good places to eat, interesting shops/art galleries and a warm welcome, yet we are still easily accessible to a major town and all the amenities it offers - the best of both worlds! Our quality of life has improved so much. Bramble, our Cocker Spaniel, is certainly in his element as there are some fabulous walks nearby and with Pentewan cycle trail practically on our doorstep, it is great for the three of us (Bramble runs alongside!) to take our bikes out for a safe ride.”

“We moved to Somerset for work and also for a better quality of life. We love the area, as we are surrounded by fields, but we’re also just a drive away from the shops in Taunton and Yeovil – so we have the best of both worlds!
