be at Newhall are today celebrating their win of Best Design at the Innovation Awards last night.

The judges commented ‘This was a very competitive and impressive category reflecting the ever increasing quality in design in new homes. The judges found much to admire in many of the entries and all the shortlisted schemes were of the highest standard.

Linden’s be: Newhall, however, was an excellent winner, representing everything that you would want from a well designed house and scheme, said the judges, including great use of outside space and light.’
