So what’s involved?

1. Firstly, you select the home of your choice. Within the terms of our Part Exchange Scheme,* your current home should not be more than 70% of the value of your chosen home.

2. We will instruct two or three local estate agents to value your existing home and once all parties are happy with the agreed value and your home meets our criteria, we will make you an offer.

3. Your home will then be marketed by both us and the estate agents with accompanied viewings. To speed the process up further still, you will need to instruct our preferred solicitor and mortgage broker to proceed with the purchase of your new home.

4. You will need to pay a reservation fee of between £500 - £1000 and should the sale not proceed, we will retain a minimum of 50% of the reservation fee. If the sale does proceed, the reservation fee will be deducted from the final selling price*.

5. Although we may start marketing your home at an early stage, this will not mean that you have to move before completing on your new home.
