The Assisted Move Scheme has been designed to make your purchase of a new home as straightforward and trouble-free as possible. There will be no agent’s fees to pay and the Assisted Move* works in just six simple stages:

Having chosen and secured your new Linden home for a specified period, we will inspect your current home.

• We will then arrange for two independent valuations to be undertaken, based on securing a buyer within a specified selling period.
• We will suggest a realistic selling price for your home based on these valuations, and if you agree, you may then reserve your chosen Linden home.
• We will then instruct an estate agent to sell your existing home within a pre-agreed and specified timescale. We will work closely with the agents to ensure your home is frequently advertised and all viewings are followed up. We will also keep you regularly updated of the progress to maximise its sales potential.
• We will appoint our preferred solicitor and mortgage broker to speed the process up.
• Should your current home remain unsold at the end of the agreed selling period, we will refund your deposit or, alternatively, we may extend the selling period or even take your home in Part Exchange.*

If we do take your home in Part Exchange* you could be moving sooner than you think as we will be your guaranteed buyer.
