All of the fully fitted kitchens have a laminated worktop with matching splashback and upstand*. There is an integrated stainless steel single oven and ceramic hob and an integrated fridge/freezer. There are recessed low energy downlighters.

The modern bathrooms and en suites all feature white sanitaryware, a single lever chrome mixer tap, ceramic basin and chrome basin waste, white bath as well as ceramic floor tiles.  There are ceramic tiles to the bath surround and vanity wall, along with recessed downlighters and a chrome heated towel rail. En suites have a thermostatic shower with clear glass screen and wall tiles, and recessed ceiling lights.

There are ceramic tiles to the cloakrooms. Walls and ceilings are painted in white matt emulsion, with white gloss skirtings and architraves throughout. The flush white internal doors feature contemporary ironmongery. There are fitted wardrobes with flush white doors to master bedrooms.

There is low energy lighting throughout and A-rated appliances to the kitchen. Homes are fitted with an efficient boiler and tank system for heating. Expansive glazing affords an abundance of natural light and allows heat into the homes. All homes have a smoke/heat detector with battery backup and a carbon monoxide detector.

Each home will be independently surveyed during construction by The National House-Building Council, who will issue their 10-year warranty certificate on completion of the homes.
