Land is the life blood of the new homes industry and at Stamford Homes, we pride ourselves on identifying and purchasing the very best land in the very best locations for our customers.

In recent years, we have built thousands of new homes from South Yorkshire to Bedfordshire, from Norfolk to Warwickshire, concentrating mainly on the A1/A14 corridors.

We strive to maintain a 3-year land supply for short term development, either with or without planning consent, whilst investing in long term opportunities through option agreements.

Stamford Homes accept there will not always be the availability of ready-to-build sites and therefore also examine sites that have technical challenges inherent in their topography or geology or past use.

We also continue to explore different methods of land procurement through social housing relationships and joint ventures with other development companies.

Our geographical operating area gives recognition to the continuing expansion of the company, having now split the operating area into two, providing North and South regions which are serviced by two individual land teams. Expanding and putting more concentration on the operational area allows Stamford Homes to be selective in terms of location and market place, but ultimately enables an increase in the number of opportunities we look at to meet our customers demands.
