In order to maintain our commitment of maximising land opportunities and delivering new homes Galliford Try Strategic Land are responsible for progressing all current and future strategic land acquisitions. Headed by Special Projects Director, Tom Nicholson, the team research and identify new opportunities to secure strategic land where there is an opportunity to enhance value by promoting the land through the planning process and will undertake responsibility from acquisition to achieving planning consents and subsequently preparing the land for residential development.
Galliford Try Strategic land undertakes promotion utilising key consultants, site and area specific, to ensure maximum local skill and knowledge is utilised. Galliford Try Strategic Land understands the needs of working with the landowner, maintaining communication and delivering on shared objectives. Galliford Try Strategic land is happy promote/acquire in its own right or work with partners in either promotion agreement of joint ventures.
