Subject to the stage of construction, we endeavour to offer a wide range of colour choices together with options to enhance your new home.
We will help you decide upon these from sample boards and brochures and in some of the Linden companies separate Choices Suites are available. Further information on these can be obtained from your Sales Advisor.
You will be guided through the process including timings where certain decisions are required. Meeting these dates is important in order to avoid confusion and delays.
