Galliford Try has substantial experience in working with individuals and organisations representing all interests in the affordable housing sector. We enjoy lead partner status with the Housing Corporation and work with over 60 housing associations across the country.

A quarter of the homes created by Galliford Try are affordable, and, as a developer we are able to offer a range of shared ownership and intermediate rent arrangements through our partnered Registered Social Landlords.

Stamford Homes - Freshney Green, Grimsby

A major redevelopment of what was the Yarborough Estate in Grimsby, this landmark scheme involves the demolition of hundreds of old local authority houses, which will be gradually replaced during the next eight years with nearly 450 innovative and high quality new homes. Freshney Green is set to become Grimsby’s showpiece estate and will regenerate a whole area, offering much more than just new housing. It is a complete and sustainable urban development offering residents open space, a health centre and children’s play area.

Midas Homes - Evolve, Devonport, Plymouth

Midas Homes and Westco Properties Limited are creating a major regeneration scheme in Devonport, Plymouth. The scheme will comprise demolition of rundown council flats and houses and provide a modern new community, creating up to 500 residential units over the lifetime of the project.
