The company has been at the forefront of innovation and regional housebuilding, developing a strong reputation for the boldness and individuality of its house design and acclaimed for its high specification and internal finish.

An award-winning business, Stamford Homes’ more recent national acclaim was as a double winner in the ‘Best County Development’ category at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards –  receiving awards for best homes for two of our prestigious developments in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Although the company began life building new houses in the Lincolnshire market town of Stamford, it has expanded not only extensively throughout eastern England and the East Midlands but throughout Lincolnshire. Operating as Stamford Homes North and Midlands the company now develops around 500 homes a year.
